Texas Community College Band Directors Association
Our association is comprised of participating band directors from community and two-year colleges in the state of Texas. Each year our association sponsors an all-state jazz and concert band clinic/concert at the Texas Music Educators Association convention in San Antonio. On this site you will find information regarding auditions for the Wind Symphony, the Jazz Ensemble, and the Concerto Competition.
Participation in the TCCBDA All-State Clinic/Concert is open to all eligible band students at community colleges. If you are a new director at a Texas community college and have questions regarding participation of your school and students, please contact our President.
Communication regarding auditions, results, and the convention are distributed through email. If you would like to be placed on the TCCBDA email list, please send your request to the President. Be certain to include your name, school, phone numbers (home and office), fax number, and street address.
