This is the basic schedule used each year and will be updated by February 1.
 

Please note that this online schedule supersedes the rehearsal schedule printed in the convention program!

4:00 PM - All State Student and Director Registration

   5:00 PM -  TCCBDA Officers Meeting

  6:00 - 10:00 PM Wind Symphony Rehearsal

    6:00 - 10:00 PM Jazz Ensemble Rehearsal 

    6:30 PM Business meeting for directors

THURSDAY
8:30am - 12:00pm - Wind Symphony rehearsal
8:30am - 12:00pm - Jazz Ensemble rehearsal
2:30pm - 6:00pm -Wind Symphony rehearsal
2:30pm - 6:00pm - Jazz Ensemble rehearsal

FRIDAY
8:30am-12:30pm - Wind Symphony rehearsal
8:30am-12:30pm - Jazz Ensemble rehearsal
2:30pm - 8:00pm - TMEA College Fair (Convention Center)
 

SATURDAY
 8:30am - 10:00am - Wind Symphony Rehearsal

8:30am - 10:00am - Jazz Ensemble Rehearsal

10:00am - Move Equipment to Convention Center (percussion may begin during rehearsal)

12:30pm - Setup/Sound Check for Wind Symphony (room 217)

1:30pm - Concert

3:00pm - Setup/Sound Check for Jazz Ensemble (Hemisfair Ballroom 1-2)

4:00pm - Concert

The Master Schedule for TCCBDA activities at the TMEA convention will be posted here in mid-January. Unlike the "Rehearsal Schedule" listed under the Symphonic Band and Jazz Ensemble menus, the Master Schedule is designed for directors/faculty members and includes all business meetings and rehearsal schedules.
